How to Cancel an Order on LaserKraftDesigns.com
Placing an order online is fast and convenient, but sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order on LaserKraftDesigns.com, we’re here to help. While our goal is to process and ship orders quickly, there are steps you can take to request a cancellation—depending on the status of your order.
Please follow the instructions below to initiate a cancellation request.
⏰ Act Quickly: Check Your Order Status
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it almost immediately. The ability to cancel depends on whether your order has been shipped or not.
Log in to Your Account
Visit LaserKraftDesigns.com and sign in to your customer account.
Go to "My Orders"
Click on the "My Account" dropdown and select "Order History" or "My Orders" to view your recent purchases.
Check the Order Status
Look for the order you'd like to cancel and review its current status:
Processing: Cancellation may still be possible.
Shipped: The order cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return.
Note: If your order shows as "Shipped," it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the items once received (see our Return Policy for details).
📤 How to Request a Cancellation
If your order is still in "Processing" status, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support Immediately
Email us at support@laserkraftdesigns.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Request – Order #12345" (replace with your actual order number).
Include in Your Email:
Your full name
Order number
Date of purchase
Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
Example:
Subject: Cancellation Request – Order #LK98765
Hello,
I would like to cancel my order #LK98765, placed on June 10, 2024. The order has not yet shipped, and I no longer need the items.
Please confirm if the cancellation is possible and process a refund if applicable.

Wait for Confirmation
Our customer service team typically responds within 1–2 business hours during business days. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and initiate a refund to your original payment method.
💳 Refund Information
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation.
Bank/Payment Provider: It may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Original Payment Method: Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
❌ Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can:
Refuse the Delivery (if it hasn’t been received), or
Return the Items upon delivery for a refund (see Returns & Exchanges Policy).
