1. Before You BeginSupported payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal.Security note: All payment data is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ and never stored in plain text.Required information: Card number, expiration date, CVV, billing address (must match the address on file with your card issuer).
2. Log In to Your AccountGo to LaserKraftDesigns.com.Click “Sign In” in the top‑right corner.Enter your email address and password, then click “Log In.”

Tip: If you have two‑factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you’ll be prompted to enter the verification code sent to your device.

3. Navigate to the Payment SettingsOnce logged in, click your profile avatar (or your name) in the upper right corner.From the dropdown menu, select “Account Settings.”In the left‑hand navigation panel, click “Payment Methods.”

4. Add a New Payment Method

Click the “Add New Payment Method” button.

Choose the payment type you want to add (e.g., Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).

Credit/Debit Card:

Enter the Card Number (no spaces needed).

Select the Expiration Month and Year.

Input the CVV (3‑digit code on the back, 4‑digit on the front for AmEx).

Fill in the Billing Address exactly as it appears on your statement.

(Optional) Give the card a nickname (e.g., “Personal Visa”).

PayPal:

Click “Connect to PayPal.”

You will be redirected to PayPal’s login page. Sign in and authorize LaserKraft Designs to use your PayPal account for purchases.

Review the information for accuracy.

Click “Save Payment Method.”

Result: The new method appears in your list with a masked number (e.g., **** **** **** 1234).

5. Edit an Existing Payment Method

Only the billing address and nickname can be edited. Card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV cannot be changed for security reasons; you’ll need to add a new card instead.

Locate the payment method you want to edit in the list.

Click the pencil icon (✏️) next to it.

Update the Billing Address or Nickname as needed.

Click “Update” to save changes.

6. Delete a Payment MethodFind the method you wish to remove.Click the trash can icon (🗑️) next to it.Confirm the deletion in the pop‑up dialog by clicking “Yes, Delete.”

Important: You cannot delete a payment method that is currently set as your default for future orders. Set a different method as default first (see step 5, “Set as Default” checkbox).

7. Verify Changes & Test a PurchaseReturn to the “Payment Methods” page and confirm your changes are displayed correctly.Add a low‑cost item (e.g., a $1‑$2 sample) to your cart.Proceed to checkout and ensure the updated payment method appears in the “Select Payment Method” section.Complete the order to confirm everything works.

If the purchase succeeds, your payment details are now fully updated.
